Her Approach to Care
Her Story
Dr. Judy Vansiea is more than a psychiatric provider, she is someone who understands firsthand what it means to navigate both physical and emotional challenges. As a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry, she brings clinical expertise into every session. What sets her apart, however, is the life she has lived.
Dr. Vansiea has faced serious health challenges, including a life-threatening illness that impacted her ability to breathe and near-death experiences. She has experienced grief, personal loss, relationship challenges and moments of mental and emotional struggle while supporting others through those same lived realities.
She has been both the provider and the patient. That perspective shapes how she shows up for every individual she serves, with care that is real, compassionate, and grounded in clinical expertise, her Christian-faith with clear understanding and lived human experiences.
These experiences are not separate from her work. They are part of what informs it.
People are not just looking for treatment. They are looking for understanding, clarity, compassion, and a provider they can trust. Dr. Vansiea’s goal is to provide care that reflects all of that.
Services are open to individuals from all backgrounds. Faith guides Dr. Vansiea’s perspective, but you will always be met with respect, honesty, and compassion regardless of your beliefs.

Credentials, experience, and background are shared openly so you can make an informed and confident decision about your care.

Dr Judy was great!! She was very nice and easy to talk to also very patient.
The doctor is adept to diagnose and values benefits and risks and weighs them accordingly for patients, and here valuable inputs with her spiritual standing has only been a positive influence. The provider values making her patients independent, and think for their own selves and be contended with their own decision making. Behavioral health is not an identity for any patient and her ideology speaks that patient go by names and not their conditions.
