29 Years Of Nursing Experience, Expertise, Dedication and Compassion

With 29 years of nursing experience, Dr. Vansiea provides comprehensive medical record review and legal nurse consulting services to help identify critical clinical details, explain complex medical terminology, and clearly analyze medical and psychiatric documentation.

She provides medical records review and legal nurse consulting as an experienced Registered Nurse with multi-state Maryland licensure and single-state licensure in New York and Kansas. Dr. Vansiea helps attorneys, organizations, and individuals better understand medical records related to personal injury, disability, workers’ compensation, military service-connected conditions, malpractice, liability cases, and psychiatric conditions.

Her role is to provide clinical insight, organize medical and psychiatric information, and translate complex healthcare documentation into meaningful findings that support informed decision-making.

Her Approach to Care

Mental Health Care Should Be Honest And Humane

Her Story

Lived experience that shapes the care.

Dr. Judy Vansiea is more than a psychiatric provider, she is someone who understands firsthand what it means to navigate both physical and emotional challenges. As a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry, she brings clinical expertise into every session. What sets her apart, however, is the life she has lived.

Dr. Vansiea has faced serious health challenges, including a life-threatening illness that impacted her ability to breathe and near-death experiences. She has experienced grief, personal loss, relationship challenges and moments of mental and emotional struggle while supporting others through those same lived realities.

She has been both the provider and the patient. That perspective shapes how she shows up for every individual she serves, with care that is real, compassionate, and grounded in clinical expertise, her Christian-faith with clear understanding and lived human experiences.

These experiences are not separate from her work. They are part of what informs it.
